Centrigas
There is already a wide range of biogas plants and concepts on the market. Not all of these represent ideal solutions in terms of economy and long service life. New economic conditions for biogas plants make it essential to improve the quality of biogas production. To this end, the process stability is extremely important. In the Centrigas® system, the independent processes have been technically separated: preliminary acidification, methanisation and subsequent gassing take place under physical separation, and can therefore be controlled more specifically.
The circulation of the reactor contents is very important to ensure thorough mixing, removal of floating matter and the suppression of sedimentation. In daily practice, motor powered agitators have frequently proven to be susceptible to problems.
The circulation within Centrigas® systems takes place completely without any mechanical parts in the reactor; it is maintenance-free and extremely efficient.
